The mystery has been solved! My cousin Jay and Dennis Steele both said it was above Azusa, but Bud Steele was the only one who came up with the name: Rainbow Angling Club. I looked for it on the internet and found only references to meetings held there in the 50's and condominiums with that name in the 60s. It still exists, though - I received an email from a lady who is moving in there.
